4.2 Gig torrent from "one laptop per child" program includes stuff from Berklee college and some sound designers. Lots of percussion, some ambient sounds, speaking samples, etc. Mostly for kids but there are some useful hiqual things in there. In my opinion, try it out!

www.keepvid.com and paste the youtube URL in. Save that FLV to your drive, and use this program-
"flv extract" to separate the sound stream. From there run through AWAVE or other audio editor (ever tried "Audacity"? It's excellent and FREE!) to edit and convert to WAV. Hell, maybe even make a soundfont out of it LOL
